Submit Documents

After you have completed the online application, there is some paperwork that we will need from you. Please make copies
of the following documents and submit them to Poudre Valley Mortgage:

W2 Forms for the last 2 years
Most recent pay stubs covering 30 days
Most recent investment statements (IRA's, PERA's, Money Market Account's, ect...)
Last 2 months Bank Statements
Names, account numbers, and balances of all debts
Recent statements for all mortgages
Copy of driver's license

For self-employed borrowers

Last Two years tax returns, including all schedules
Current year's profet and loss statements
copy of your business license

Items that may be required

Copy of purchase contract
Copy of finial divorce decree
Bankruptcy papers, finial discharge
Copies of lease agreements for any rental properties
12 months of bank staement/or canceled rent checks
